Insurance and Delivery

At King of Diamonds Sydney, every piece is handled with the utmost care and shipped securely to ensure it arrives safely and the way it was intended.

Shipping Method

• As these are high-value items, all orders receive complimentary shipping via Express Post for fast, reliable delivery within Australia and internationally.
• Every package includes tracking and is posted in a tamper proof bag, so you can follow your purchase every step of the way.  Upon delivery a signature will be required, if the tamper proof bag has been tampered with - please do not sign and contact us immediately. 
• For your security and convenience, please ensure you are available to sign for delivery. If unattended, your parcel will be taken to your nearest Australia Post for collection, overseas depending on country their procedure will be followed. 

Insurance

• As a complimentary service, all packages are fully insured for their declared value, which will be covered in accordance with the insurance providers’ terms and conditions, giving you and our team complete peace of mind.

• Discretion will be exercised when coming to description of goods on the outer packaging and will also be posted in a tamper proof bag, keeping your purchase safe and private. For discretion, all shipping labels will display “K.O.D Sydney” instead of King of Diamonds.

Additional Notes

Our team personally handles each order to ensure your jewellery and diamonds arrive in pristine condition. In the unlikely event of loss or damage, claims will be investigated by the insurer. This ensures we can provide a prompt resolution while protecting both you and our business.
